Today Hannah came to me to tell me she was going to Astro Boys house. She had all of her bags and she was not joking she really wanted to go. I am really going to watch out for this little one, as she talks to Astro Boy on the phone and he is always brought up in our Mom and Daughter Conversation!! Do I ever love Her!

Yup that is my EXCUSE and I think it is a Pretty Good one at that!!

Here are a few Pictures from the last few months. We have never been busier and look forward to the day that things slow down just a tiny bit.

Roberto has gone back to school full-time to finish his Bachelors of Science, Hannah and I work Full-time, Roberto is working full-time running his own Contracting Company and We have been Managing an Apartment Building for the past few months and ya we are just BUSY!!!!

An Update now that Hannah is ONE!

So I had big plans to swamp you all with a million pictures of our little peanut.... but yes I have an excuse and it is, that I am unable to find the cord to our camera (very odd because I always put it back where it belongs when finished).

So just a bit of an update of our crazy life as we call it!

Since St. Patty's Day we have been very busy working, working, working and playing as a little family! Roberto has been very busy finding work for the Company and has gotten to the point where he is unable to do it on his own. We have been blessed a great deal in the past few months! I am so gratful to my Husband and all the hard work that he does each day.

Hannah has since turnd 1, with that she changed overnight into a very independent, strongwilled little girl. Who, might I add loves to climb on pretty much everything and walks only when in the presence of her cousin Noah!!

A little late but here is Hannah on St. Patricks Day!! She was sooo much fun. The girls that I watch during the week thought that it would be a good idea if we made a crown out of Tissue Paper!!! This is what I managed... She was such a good sport!

Hannah and Dad spent the day together, and it was so much fun. A few days ago I was on the computer and was checking out pictures from when she was born. I can't believe that it has almost been a year since she was born. She is growing up so fast, her top front two teeth are starting to come in, fun stuff!! Its drool galor all the time. She eats anything and everything, which is good. My favorite thing right now has got to be when she puckers up to "Give Daddy a kiss!" It is the cutest thing. So .... once in a while I decide to try this whole blogging thing out, so here are a few pics of bath time today...... Enjoy!!

The Last Few Weeks in Review!

The last few weeks have again been busy; however, we have managed to sneak in some good times with our Little Girl!
Hannah has started to cut her 3rd and 4th teeth....... Making for sleepless nights and a very slobbery little girl. She was only in this outfit 10 minutes before it was soaked right through. Lastnight she slept for a whole 3 hours. Our poor little bean!

Not very impressed.... You may think that Daddy dressed her, but nope it was Mommy!

We went to Luciana's 1st Birthday party and what a blast that was... Once all of the guests left Hannah was ready to Party! I couldn't keep her on my lap.

Our Life...

So once again I have tried to maintain our blog, and once again I have failed!
I have realized that no matter what, I probably won't be able to maintain it as often as I may like to......

this is Why:

I have a 9 Month old who demands much of my time...or should I say all of my time.
I am swamped with more than I could ever imagine.
I have gone back to work as a full-time Nanny (6:30am -6:00pm.... 5 Days a week)
I am able to take Hannah with me which is a huge blessing; however, it makes for a very busy day!
I have just recently been called to be the Young Womens 1st Councellor... with meetings atleast once a week
I have heaps of laundry that are always needing to be done
Roberto and I love spending time together,and require that time
We have just started up our own company "Caballero Contracting Inc." which is occupying alot of our time

Needless to say, all of the above take Priority over "The BLOG"

I do know that a Blog is a good Journal to keep and that is why I will continue to sneak a post in every once and a while. Our life is crazy busy but I wouldn't want it any other way!

I love my Husband and how he makes me laugh!

I love Hannah and how she brightens each day!

I just love life and all the challenges and surprises it brings!

2008 In Review!!

Ok, so after alot of thought I have decided that I need to make a valiant effort and keep my blog up to date. I am not going to do it just to keep it up.... but to keep it up as our Family Journal! So here I go once again.. So 2008 seemed to come and go before we could even blink. Here are a few pictures of 2008. I do apologize for the fact that most af the pictures are from Christmas... My computer was taking forever to upload so I finished with the uploading earlier than I wanted to! Enjoy!This is me about a month before Hannah Elizabeth was born.... Ya it was April and we were shoveling a foot of snow!

Roberto was beat after the delivery.... hhhmmm Shouldn't I be the one sleeping!! Roberto was awsome when I was in Labour he was such a great help and I totally understand why he was tired. He was up for a solid 36 hrs with me. I love you Roberto.

There she is, She was about a week late and took her time coming! But we were so excited when she was finally here. everything is still on Hannah's Clock!

So here is our "Little Peanut"

I can't believe how fast our little baby is growing up!! She has gone from being a quiet, still little one, to having to be on the move at all times when she is awake.We love it! This all changed one day when she figure out how to roll over.... It seems to not be enough for her as she wants to crawl more than anything in the world. If she is not in my arms she is on her tummy going in circles, trying to find her Spanish Animales Book (this is her Fav.) If there is a book in her reach watch out cause she will have it before you know it.

I love that she loves books and not the TV. I bought her a couple baby Einstein DVDs and she is the least bit interested = Waste of money!

Hannah loves being outside, So we try to at least get into the back yard to do some clean up or to the park once a day so she can go in the swings!

I just love her eyes! They are like this as soon as she wakes up in the morning! Her tired eyes start to get abit red around the lids, however she manages to keep them wide open until it is bed time!!

So there She is! As for Roberto and myself, well we manage to keep busy and not go too crazy! We look forward for a break all the time, but know that our hard work will pay off in the long run! We are so blessed to have Hannah in our family as she is our retreat away from our busy days. After a big smile from our Peanut our busy day fades and we are able to get through the next.

....that I would update my blog every three weeks, who was I trying to kid??

We once again we have found ourselves very busy, working, sleeping and eating! The things that are nessesary for ones survival. Not much new has happened since that last blogging experience. The one exciting thing that happened was a trip out to BC for my Cousin Trevs wedding! It was a quick trip; however, we were able to see the entire family, Roberto got to go fishing and everyone was able to enjoy Hannah for a short while. It seams that every time I go back to BC I find it harder to come back to this CRAZY place we call Calgary....... Maybe one day in the far Future we will end up out there, Right Roberto??

As far as Hannah goes, she has mastered the art of pooping out of everything (I mean everything), and she has just recently mastered the art of rolling over. Now that she can roll she is on her tummy all day, she is going to be a very busy little girl. She gets frustrated when she can't get to the toys that she wants. So I spend most of my day moving her closer or moving the toys closer to her or walking around with her. She just can't stand to miss anything! Before we know it she will be crawling....

5 days after the due date that we were given by doctors, mary-ellen and i have been blessed with a healthy, beautiful little girl...... hannah elizabeth caballero. born may 17th, 2008 @ 1:09p.m.. i must say that watching mary-ellen endure everything that she had to go through since yesterday morning at 3:00 a.m., make me even more grateful to my Heavenly Father for blessing my life with such an amazing women. thanks go out to everyone that has shown us their love and support throughout her pregnancy!!

So this Post is a little backwards!! I am still getting used to this whole BLOGGING thing.

When I got back for the hair dressers I had a brilliant idea to shovel the driveway! I lasted only a few minutes. The snow was true SNOWMAN snow, so heavy. Roberto ended up finishing it!

Roberto looks so impressed doesn't!! Yet he says that he loves weather like this!

So last week this is what we woke up to!! Onlt in Calgary will it snow a foot in 3 hours! To make the day even more entertaining, I had scheduled to get my hair cut so I had to drive in the crazy stuff. A trip that should have only taken me 20 minutes, ended up taking me 1.5 hours! Needless to say I was extremely late.... If it wasn't for me being 36 weeks Pregnant I think that they would have told me to go home, but the sqeezed me in! Yes Brenda that is your poor car!
